Terms of sale and use

Who we are

CreativeCanvas is made and sold by Flickspeed AI Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia (“we”). Your card statement shows the charge as Flickspeed AI.

What you’re buying

A one-time payment of $49 gets you a licence to use the CreativeCanvas desktop app. The licence is for one person, who may use it on up to three of their own computers at a time. It never expires and includes every future update to CreativeCanvas.

What it doesn’t include

CreativeCanvas runs AI models through fal.ai using your own fal account and API key. fal bills you directly for those runs under its own terms and prices. We don’t sell, resell or refund fal usage.

Your licence

You may not share, sell or transfer your licence key, or try to get around the licence check. We may revoke a licence that was bought fraudulently, charged back, or shared publicly.

What you make

You’re responsible for what you generate and how you use it, including following the terms of fal and of each model provider. We don’t receive your prompts or your results.

No warranty

CreativeCanvas is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don’t promise it will be free of errors or that any particular model will stay available on fal.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for your licence.
