If CreativeCanvas doesn’t work on your computer and we can’t fix it, email support@creativecanvas.my within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full. Otherwise all sales are final, except where your local consumer law gives you more rights.

A refund deactivates your licence key.

CreativeCanvas is sold by Flickspeed AI Sdn Bhd, so your card statement shows the charge as Flickspeed AI.

What you spend on fal.ai is billed by fal, not by us, so we can’t refund it. Contact fal about those charges.
