Flickspeed AI Sdn Bhd (“we”) makes CreativeCanvas and is responsible for the personal data described here.

The short version

Your prompts, images, videos and projects stay on your computer and go only to fal.ai to run models. We never see them. We keep the minimum needed to sell you a licence and let you use it.

When you buy

Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email address and the details of your purchase, but never your card number. We use your email to send your licence key and, if you ask, to send it again.

When you use the app

• Your fal API key is stored on your computer and sent only to fal.
• Your prompts and media go straight from your computer to fal. Their handling is covered by fal’s privacy policy.
• To activate your licence, the app sends your licence key and a random id for this installation to our licence server. We store a hash of that id to count your computers.
• The app doesn’t send analytics or usage tracking.

On this website

We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website and licence server) and Resend (licence emails).

How long we keep it

We keep your email and licence record for as long as your licence exists, so we can send your key again and check activations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing support@creativecanvas.my. Deleting your licence record means we can no longer send your key again.
